Courier Pick-Up Times

Please note, courier pick-up for deliveries will happen during our local showroom business hours.

Tuesday - Friday (10 AM - 6 PM)
Saturday (10 AM - 4 PM)

Orders placed outside of our showroom times will be picked up and delivered at our next open time. 

Example: You place an order on Monday at 9 PM ET your order will be set for pickup around 10 AM on Tuesday when the Private Label Showroom is open.

Our website is integrated with multiple delivery services to offer the best rates and speed of delivery.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs will be calculated based on your distance from the Private Label Charlotte showroom located at 3250 Wilkinson Blvd, Suite D, Charlotte, NC 28208. 

Delivery Speed

Most deliveries happen within a 1 - 2 hour time window.

Your order will be delivered by the assigned courier as fast as possible. Please not that the delivery drivers are working for a 3rd party service like Roadie, Uber, GrubHub, and others.

This website is intended to only service local delivery orders.

You will get an estimated cost and delivery time at while checking out.

Private Label Charlotte is closed on Monday so you will see the next estimated delivery time is around 10:58 AM the next day. 

We open on Tuesday at 10 AM which is when the package would be picked up and then delivered to the local location.
